As part of the European Commission’s efforts to enhance data security, it has previously been announced that the use of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will be gradually introduced in the Funding & Tenders Portal. In order to ensure uninterrupted access, an informational visual guide (link) has been published for users. This guide provides practical information on topics such as what to do in case of device loss, the use of personal devices, resolving common registration errors (e.g. Error 5305), and what to do if security questions are forgotten.
